1. Overview

Garbage Disposal Guys (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional garbage disposal replacement and repair services to residential customers. By booking our services, the customer (“you”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Pricing and Payment

• The standard flat-rate service fee is $399, which includes:

  • A new garbage disposal (American Standard preferred, or equivalent if unavailable)

  • Removal of the existing disposal

  • Professional installation

  • Labor and travel within our service area

• Additional charges may apply for:

  • Plumbing rework

  • Premium disposal upgrades

  • Extended service range (quoted individually)

• Payment must be made via Stripe prior to or at the time of service.

3. Equipment and Warranty

• We do not provide a warranty on the garbage disposal unit itself.

• However, if the unit we install fails within 14 days (2 weeks) of service due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace it at no additional charge.

• We always aim to install American Standard garbage disposals known for their reliability and corrosion-resistant build. If American Standard products are not available at the time of installation, we will install a high-quality, equivalent brand based on availability.

• Manufacturer warranties vary by model. American Standard units may include:

  • Base limited warranties (1–5 years)

  • Extended warranties with product registration

  • Lifetime corrosion warranties (on select models)

• Manufacturer warranties typically cover parts only, not labor, and claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer along with proof of purchase.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Appointments can be scheduled online or via direct communication.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments are subject to a $75 fee.

• If you paid in advance and need to cancel, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing issues, structural damage, electrical incompatibility, or non-code-compliant installations.

• We reserve the right to decline service if site conditions are unsafe or materially different from what was represented at the time of booking.

6. Service Area

We currently serve customers throughout the Phoenix Valley and surrounding areas. Services outside of our standard coverage area may be subject to additional charges or limited availability.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be handled in accordance with Arizona state law.
